RETURN POLICY:
We will accept unopened packages or defective merchandise as per warranty (see product insert). Returns must be made within 30 days of Invoice date.  All returns must be authorized by first calling or e-mailing a Vet-Aire customer service representative.  Unauthorized returns will not be credited and become property of Vet-Aire, Inc. 

Regulations on such equipment in racehorses may vary from track to track.  It is the responsibility of the trainer/user to conform to regulations in effect at each track.  Vet-Aire cannot accept returns due to restrictions of product use at racetracks.
