"The Cornell™ Collar" by Vet-Aire

There are currently 3 versions of the Cornell Collar.  All work in the same basic manner to position the larynx (voicebox) in a more forward and upward position that stabilizes it during strenuous work.

TSD-1:
• The TSD-1 is the original Cornell collar.
• Used by either Thoroughbred horses or harness race horses (trotters or pacers).
• Consists of a head strap with crown piece and lifting mechanism and an integrated Figure-8 noseband.  Older versions of the TSD-1 did not have a crown piece.
• Now made of synthetic materials.  Has no leather parts.
• Available in either Black (typical for harness race horses) or Brown (typical for Thoroughbreds).
• The Regular size will fit 98% of horses.  An Extra-Large size is available for horses with exceptionally large heads.
